Waters, geothermal, sulphur, ores; witches, black powder, hot springs, and red-light district — I ponders on the intertwined cycles of disenchantment and re-enchantments, incorporating these thoughts into a series of sculptural experiments. The creation process ran as a slow temptation, wherein he sees how matter and symbol are intertwined in the bodily events. And the works probe into various spaces of the structure built through interconnected relationship between events and material vocabulary. These sculptural works are not a statement, but rather a perception of the subtle tension between the environment, events, and the body—which translates into sculptural presences.
